This week we are introducing the brand new Pama Pisco Sour which brings the taste of Peru with a California twist. When pressed for his inspiration international mixologist Andy Davis responded with "I was hiking through the Amazon jungle in Peru on my way to Machu Picchu when it struck me like a lightening bolt." He continued with "There was this sweet aroma lingering in the air around us, it was hot, and the foreboding jungle we were immersed in seemed unforgiven. Parched we stopped to have a drink. Our guide just happened to be carrying some sweet & sour & I whipped up this little diddy right smack dab in the middle of the Amazon. I'll never forget the look on Julio's face when he saw the Pama Pisco Sour for the first time. He was speechless."
