Brand New EOS Drink Menu Intorducing Fire & Smoke

Continuing to debut our brand new drink menu at EOS we present to you "Fire & Smoke".  A spicy, savory, and refreshing drink all in one.  Adding smokey Chiptole flavor to the oaky smokey & spice of infused repasodo patron is a perfect compliment to cap off any long day.  When we asked our chief mixologist Andy Davis where he came up with the inspiration for the drink he responded with "I was in Pamplona for the running of the bulls and just before they let the bulls out there was a billowing of smoke coming out from the town square.  Where there's smoke, there's fire!"  He went on to describe the drink as "It's the essence of a good margarita.  Just hot!  Leaves your lips tingling and your taste buds wanting more!".  Sounds like we are going to have to give fire & smoke a shot.

New Summertime Happy Hour Specials at EOS Lounge

Summer is upon us we are launching a brand new Happy Hour here at EOS Lounge.  Every Friday expect the best prices & atmosphere in town as we bring you $4 Wells $4 Beers (Import/Domestic) & $4 Wines.  Running from 5-10PM every Friday.  Plus don't forget we also have "A Taste of the Valley" wine tastings with a different winery every week from the Santa Barbara area from 7-9PM with music by DJ Fab on the patio.  Fridays are heating up this summer at EOS Lounge, so make sure you drop by this week and check out the new Happy Hour.

Introducing New Specialty Drinks at EOS | Ticket De Chaca

Continuing our introduction of our brand new drink menu inspired by internationally renowned mixologist Andy Davis.  This week we present the Ticket De Chaca when described by Andy is "The perfect summer evening cocktail, sweet strawberry and rich chocolate with a creamy smooth finish."  It certainly looks as delicious as it sounds.  When asked for his inspiration Andy stated he was in Brazil for Carnival and was amazed to find out Brazil was one of the top 10 exporters of Cocoa.   Surrounded by cocoa and the vibrant colors of the Carnival festivities naturally came together in Andy's mind as adding chocolate with a splash of color only made sense.  Ticket De Chaca was born!  He rounded off the interview with one final statement "Yum in a glass.  Drink up.".
